About the Event

Grace is a junior at Bates College and is majoring in Digital Archives with a minor in Russian language. Grace's presentation, “Rufus’ Adventures in Cyberspace”, will discuss how digital historians turn historical data into interactive digital objects. She will specifically focus on the process of creating the map of Porter School art that is available on the museum's website. She'll also explore new digital resources, like Zillow and GIS programs, which can provide even more information about the current state of historic buildings that house Porter School murals.

Lecture is free with a suggested donation of $10.00. Registration is required, please register below. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
