Traditionally crafted from repurposed wool scraps\, penny rugs are a classic American folk art consisting of layered circles—historically sized like a penny—hand-stitched into vibrant\, functional table mats or decorative tapestries. In this beginner-friendly session\, you will learn the essential stitching and assembly techniques to create your own heirloom-quality piece. \nFee:  $15 per person – all supplies and light snacks will be provided \nPresenter Biography \nWe are delighted to have Bridgton native Deborah Fitts leading this class.
